Spotlight On: Pink Evil's Fashion Supermarket

*
Here's a fashion label that's been receiving a surprising amount of press recently. I say 'surprising' because let's face it, the concept it employs isn't new. (Think Cats Whiskers, Mooie, and little.black.book.) Still, let's keep an open mind, shall we?

Pink Evil was built on a very simple premise: to be a one-stop shop for all your fashion needs. Sounds ambitious, yes. But the glowing reviews I've read seem to indicate that being the IKEA of the fashion scene isn't quite as out of reach for Pink Evil as you would imagine.

The label boasts five different collections (with four of them by designer Anthony Szeto), one for each aspect of the average woman's life. Recessionistas will be pleased to know that prices range from RM19 to RM90.

With a flagship store in Mid Valley Megamall and three other outlets in 1-Utama Shopping Centre, Bukit Bintang Plaza, and Taiping Sentral, it's surprising that the label has been flying under the radar for so long.

I get the impression that their website is still quite a way off from being fully populated, and it appears that Pink Evil is currently using their website as nothing more than an online catalogue (it doesn't look like you can order their stuff online). But I'm guessing that will change, depending on how successful their current marketing campaign is.
